Tehachapi Cummings Land Trust

The Tehachapi Cummings Land Trust was incorporated 8December2006 to provide a local repository to hold and administer conservation easements on property primarily located within the greater Tehachapi area. The Trust has been granted Non-profit status by the IRS under the IRC section 501(c)(3) and by the California Franchise Tax Board under the R&TC section 23701d, thus donations to it may be tax deductible.
